Supervisory Roles in Facility Work Management

This module, Supervisory Roles in Facility Work Management, provides an understanding of the facility supervisor’s “work management” role in the organization – particularly around time management, decision-making, communication, and leadership. It also provides the basics of planning and scheduling work and managing productivity.
